NEW Price !! Famous Canadian Regiments A millenium project aimed at depicting the contemporary regiments of the Canadian Army in 8" figurines each on a 3/4" circular mahogany base. The series starting with the Infantry, will include a different rank of each unit in a different pose. All beautifully hand painted they are technically accurate in accordance with Canadian Army dress regulations and are authenticated to that end by Regimental authorities. This programme is endorsed by the Army Cadet League of Canada who will receive a percentage of all sales to be used in youth development projects within the Royal Canadian Army Cadets. The first figure depicts a Sergeant of The Royal Regiment of Canada with an assault pioneer Corporal of the Royal Canadian Regiment following. By July, 2001 the third statuette, an officer of the Black Watch (Royal Highlanders of Canada) will be available. Thereafter another figure will appear approximately every 3-4 months. The figures are very reasonably priced. Add applicable taxes & shipping, (approx. $6.00 for Canada and the USA). One may wish to obtain a figure of his/her own regiment or collect by series such as, the bearskinned (Guards) units, the highlanders, the rifle regt's, etc. The serious collector may well wish to obtain a full set of all figures produced.
